Waypoints will move your vehicle to your take-out location. Prices listed below are per/vehicle. Multiple vehicles qualify for a per-vehicle discount. Please fill out one form per vehicle.
When we receive your form, we will call/email you to confirm and get your credit card payment. Your shuttle is not confirmed until we call/email you back!
Out of respect for everyone’s time and money, please follow our guidelines below to ensure the safety of your vehicle and our workers. Failure to do so will result in additional costs applied.
1. Make sure you have a spare key.
2. Please double-check check your vehicle is mechanically sound prior to beginning your trip. Check lights, fluids, belts, and tires to confirm your vehicle is operating safely.
3. Your vehicle needs to be filled with enough fuel to drive it to the take out. In the case where your vehicle does not meet this requirement, we charge an additional fee for the time on top of the cost of fuel. A bill will be left inside the applicable vehicle.
4. While we do our best to avoid flat tires, they are not uncommon considering the conditions of the roads we encounter. Please carry a spare tire, lug wrench, and jack. If your spare tire is locked, please make sure we have access to a key. We do our best to accommodate these situations by using fix-a-flat and tire replacements with additional service fees.
5. Gratuities are appreciated by the drivers which can be left in the vehicle or in the office. If you leave it in your vehicle, please mark it as a tip otherwise our drivers will not take what is not designated for them.
6. Your vehicle is required to have current state registration and insurance certificate accessible to the driver. If you have a digital copy, please print the certificate out and leave it in the vehicle.
7. Double-check that your vehicle is not parked in 4-wheel drive.
I, AS THE UNDERSIGNED OWNER/AGENT OR AUTHORIZED USER OF THE VEHICLE, UNDERSTAND THAT AN AGENT OR EMPLOYEE OF WAYPOINTS, LLC WILL BE DRIVING THE VEHICLE FROM THE SPECIFIED DESTINATION (REFERRED TO AS “SHUTTLING”). I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE ROADS IN THE AREA MAY BE ROUGH AND POORLY MAINTAINED, POSING DANGERS BEYOND THE DRIVERS’ CONTROL. I AM AWARE THAT SUCH SHUTTLING CARRIES RISKS AND DANGERS TO THE VEHICLE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO VEHICLE DAMAGE FROM HITTING WILD GAME, NAVIGATING ROUGH ROADS, BEING STRUCK BY FALLING DEBRIS, AND POTENTIAL WINDSHIELD CHIPS, ALL OF WHICH ARE INHERENT TO THE MOUNTAINOUS TERRAIN.
I ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY, VOLUNTARILY ASSUMING ANY LOSS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES SUSTAINED BY THE VEHICLE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO REPAIR COSTS. IN CONSIDERATION OF WAYPOINS, LLC’S SHUTTLING SERVICE, I CONSENT TO AND ACKNOWLEDGE ALL ASSOCIATED RISKS. I AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND RELEASE WAYPOINTS, LLC, THEIR AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES FROM ANY LIABILITY, CLAIMS, OR DEMANDS ARISING FROM THEIR NEGLIGENT CONDUCT OR MY OWN NEGLIGENT OR INTENTIONAL ACTIONS REGARDING THE VEHICLE BEING SHUTTLED.
THIS ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY EXTENDS TO MY HEIRS, ESTATE, EXECUTOR, ADMINISTRATOR, ASSIGNS, AND ALL MEMBERS OF THE VEHICLE OWNER’S FAMILY. IN THE EVENT OF VEHICLE DISABLEMENT OR IT BECOMING UNSAFE OR UNLAWFUL TO DRIVE, I AUTHORIZE WAYPOINTS, LLC TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTIONS TO REMEDY THE SITUATION, WITH ALL ASSOCIATED EXPENSES FOR TOWING AND REPAIRS MY RESPONSIBILITY.
Any vehicle shuttled to Shady Island will be parked at Shady Island parking lot, not North Bridge.
If Shady Island is full a message will be left on cell phone provided by customer giving the vehicle location.
**Note: If you are leaving your vehicle at CB South for shuttle, park on the side of the road on Cement Creek Rd (740), NOT in the parking lot.
***Note: If you are leaving your car at Almont, park on the side of CO-135 and not the boat ramp.
